10 years of occupation and children freezing to death on the edge of Kabul

KABUL, Afghanistan — Thousands of refugees fled from Helmund in response to US / NATO ‘surge’; no one is doing anything for them. Even charities struggle to help since routes in from Pakistan have been closed due to US attack which killed 24 Pakistani soldiers. This is the grim price of regime change and foreign occupation.

The following children froze to death in Kabul over the past three weeks after their families had fled war zones in Afghanistan for refugee camps here:
